Career Guidance

We Create Opportunities

Career Guidance Committee (CG) is another subcommittee that comes under Sri Lankan Welfare Association. This subcommittee was formed during peak pandemic in year 2020 mainly to assist Sri Lankan job seekers by providing legitimate & authenticated job opportunities. The team consists of 18 active members having responsibilities in managing the two subcommittees within the CG Committee. The two subcommittees are Admin/Service and Specialist Team.

Achievements

  • CG Committee has provided jobs for 40 members as of now from the inception of the program.
  • 4 successful training sessions were held to our fellow Sri Lankans who are currently stranded in UAE.
